issues with idle.

I am sure there are threads in here that can help but i cant seem to find it. 1.... random surge , loss of power in park idle. 2... new plugs, coils, injectors, map, pcv, fuel rail (dont ask lol) 3.... watched live data and LTFT is 10.9% STFT during surge goes to mid 20s and rpm drops to mid 500s. 4....new battery and alternator. 5..... fuel pressure at key on is 53 and at run is 60.... Engine surge feels like it wants to stall. idle is shaky. im going this weekend to replace the other 3 o2 sensors and cut the cats out. ill also check for a vacuum leak while i am there. ill keep yall posted on results in this thread.

O2 sensors and vacuum leaks is what I'd suggest, but you're already on it.
Any OBD codes?
I'd also look at the camshaft and crankshaft position sensors.
EGR valve maybe? Any codes at all?
not a code... Was trying to replace the EGR myself for preventative maintenance but the torx bolt heads are stripped.... badly. oh and yeah my timing would jump. like all over the place. 8 , 10 , 15 degrees and back ..
If the timing is changing, that's the ECU doing it, and that responds to sensor input.... so my bet is sensors and/or vacuum. Also, any chance you have fuel problems? Bad fuel or a bad filter (yes, it's in the tank so technically "not serviceable")?
it got worse after i filled at the BP that was just put in lol. by the lake... i bet the tanks are bad. those pics i showed you are during a low power surge at parked idle
Wonder if there was water in their tanks.
the fuel pump is on my to do list... so is the cat delete
Bad gas can produce some strange behaviors.
i am agreeing to your inquiry cause the day i filled up cylinder 2 injector died
I use 93 in the truck.... do you think that could be a problem as well

No, that'll just cost you more. The tune is for 87--so under load one octane-higher wouldn't hurt to avoid KR, but any more won't be beneficial at all. Shouldn't hurt anything though.
Some were saying the higher levels throw the timing off and won't fully burn. What do you use and what oil . I love my nitro . Need it to last
Looking at a lot of posts .... looks like similar issues.

Ever since I heard of Top Tier gasoline, like 15 years ago, that's all I use anymore. I use 87 from Costco. If I can't make it to Costco, I'll use 87 from one of the other Top Tier gasoline merchants. Usually BP, Mobil, or Shell. I have the 3.7L.
The BP near me is right off the lake and was just build up from a rundown sunoco. It got super worse after filling up there. I usually use the shell in town and filled up 93. I just put shell 89 in it while doing a catalclean process so I'll see if it clears stuff up till I can replace the possibly dirty cats.

Put some kind of complaint in with, or against, the gas station. If your car got messed up, then other cars probably got messed up too. The gas station might be liable. Maybe contact a lawyer for some advice?
Will do. Question. Do you think catalytic delete or gut is a better option
