I am thinking of getting a in-dash Dvd player, has anyone ever owned a Jensen dvd player and can tell me how they are. Circuit city has them installed for a good price, or I could just add a screen, I do love the stock radio, but I wanted something that hides away. I do live in Baltimore. lol

I personally haven't messed with that one. Normally though those motorized units usually fail at a lot higher rate than say just installing a double DIN unit especially where the weather goes into extremes.

could you recommend one. I am not interested in a navagion system, i normally drive within 100 miles of my home, I just really want a nice dvd setup through the dash or just a lcd screen. I read on the how to put a lcd but I have a couple questions. How would you play the movie(like select chapters or go to the dvd menu) and could you buy the wires instead of rigging them like that.

DIN is the dimension of the head unit. A typical single radio/CD is one DIN, a double DIN is twice that height.
