I went out today and purchased a set of Bosch Wipers for the Nitro. My factory wipers just wern't cutting it. They would leave a streaky spot right in my field of vision. Have any of you purchased a new set of wipers for your Nitro yet? I have not used them yet, but will report on how they perform.

K I just added a poll to this thread. I was unhappy with the stock wiper blades. They never seems to work great, and did TERRIBLE in the snow and ice (I'm from Chi town too). If there was any ice on the windshield, they would not clean any part of the windshield. Not enough pressure it seems.

yeah well the only problem i had was the wipers did nothing after i wash my car its like there would be a film over the wipers where they would just slide right over the water so i would clean the wipers to and then they work i was thinking about gettin to triple blade wipers!!!! i dont know yet:))

I too went with the Bosh Icon blades. They were a little pricey, but WOW were they WORTH IT!

I would recommend these for everyone! My main problem with the stock blades was how they jumped at high speeds (70mph+) from the airflow - these Bosh blades have a spoiler effect that keeps them on the windshield, as well as the contour design to eliminate the pressure points.

Go buy these wiper blades!

Just apply Rain-X to your windows and you won't need the wipers as much. Us Floridians don't have to worry about the slushy white stuff falling from the sky, just the torrential downpours!

When in Washington, I used the Rain-X de-icer and it worked well too! I used Anco blades up to this point before the Nitro. They were cheap and worked great.
