Black is Bliss

just purchased my nitro on 11/30. an '08 black slt. i plan on doing the following mods on 12/17:

1. tint (20% in the front and 5% in the back OR just 20% all around)
2. removal of badges
3. blacking out of tail lights

any other suggestions? what have you done to your nitro to make it stand out?

Well here is somewhat of what your looking for and more. Let me know what you think. The only thing is my tint is limo all the way around.

Some are very simple mods. Just be careful you don't go overboard. Mods can be addicting and can make you vehicle look like a confused mess if over do it. Let me know if you have any questions.:Racing:

300 addict, where did you get the things for the peddles, look great
So the pedals you can get from your local pepboys or autozone. They are about $25 and they also sell a matching shift knob if your interested for about the same price. The set is called Predator and the brake pad installs with four spring pressured arms and the gas pedal stacks on top of the stock pedals with a clamping belt.

Thanks for the compliments!

how many coats of the tinting spray did you do? can you tell me exactly how you did it?
and as far as mods go, i think what i listed b4 along with 22s and the lower grill mod that people have done will be it for the outside. im also thinking i want to replace the ram logo with a decepticon

If your referring to the taillights i didn't do them on my own. The tint shop did them for me. I paid like $60 or something. Kept them more on the red side so i wouldn't risk getting pulled over more for total blackout. Also i suggest keeping your back-ups white if you add a darker tint as its hard to see out at night and not too dark of a blackout because its hard to see your lights to other drivers when they are that black risking an accident.

They are genuine Mopar slush mats. I just got some last week form AdamC at Eastway Chrysler. Send him a PM to get a great deal. They are slightly bigger than the regular ones and are great for wintry weather.
I bought the HuskyLiners, which have a deep pan to catch all the slush and water, but are somewhat rigid plastic. I like the look of these Mopar ones. Are they actually rubber or are they rigid?

Yes they are rubber and the drivers mat has the hole to lock into the tab to stop it from sliding up and under the pedals. The grooves are deep and trap the snow and ice nicely.

I am very fond of dual exhausts to add a more agressive look to the rear.

Take a look at my avagtar for the way they would look on your black Nitro
