Looking for a Diecast

Forgive me if I am posting incorrectly, this is my first time posting anything anywhere! I just bought my Nitro. It is a 2008 R/T, It is so beautiful! I would really like to find a Diecast of my Nitro but I cannot find one anywhere. If anyone knows where to find one I would be very grateful for the info!

I've been looking for one also! I joined a Matchbox forum and posted there, but no one has responded to my post yet. I will let everyone know here if I find one. Please do the same if you do!

I ALWAYS look in the toys section every time I go to a store - but haven't found one yet. I have emailed Mattel several times with no response! I think they will have something coming out though this year now that the Nitro is gaining popularity and is in the 2nd year of production.

I hope they do, I want one in Inferno Red for my desk at work, I have a motley crew of vehicles on it already, including the cars I've had: Citroen BX GTi, Ford Fiesta Ghia, BMW 325i saloon, BMW 325iS coupe, Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland, Jeep Cherokee (Liberty) Limited and now I want the Nitro. I also have a load of Russian model cars that look pretty cool such as Volga saloons and variants and Lada (GAZ) saloons and variants.

I always keep my eyes open when my son looks at toys, but alas, nothing yet...:shakehead:

Welcome to the forum. I'd like to get a diecast Nitro as well.

I remember somone posted that they found a plastic RC Nitro somewhere.

I wonder how much it would cost to do a custom run of a Diecast Nitro? Maybe collectively we could do that and sell them on the forum. I'd be willing to pay say $50.00 towards tooling and buy 10 of them or so for $10.00 each.

considering how much the looks of the Nitro turns heads, you would think that model manufacturers would be all over it! I would love to get my hands on a plastic model of the Nitro! Die cast is the topic, I know, I know, I've looked all over the web and can't find one yet either!
