The reality is as soon as you do anything that will have an affect on a geometry of the suspension you can write off that part of your warranty. Change springs, end links, spindles, struts, bushings, rotors..... if you did not use Mopar parts, it is no longer covered.

But only the suspension bits. It will not affect your powertrain or interior / electronics.

They will however attempt to blame any issues on your modifications. Your best bet is to work with your dealer to see what your mods will do to HIS perception of the warranty. Better safe than sorry.
