Our R/T is still in the manufacture process, with a delivery date somewhere late May. I wonder if the plant (Ohio, I think) is producing them in a timely manner? I'm sure the Nitro model is not knocking them dead in the showroom, although I do hear it's been a popular seller lately.

Is the factory window tint on the R/T uniform around the entire vehicle? I never noticed whether the window behind the front seats is darker than the driver and front passenger windows? Down here in FL, we need to do extra tint anyway.

The 300C I have has tint just a bit beyond "street legal" and plan on tinting the R/T too. If the rear windows on the R/T are darker than the front windows, what happens when you add tint? Do they look even all around, or do the rear windows still look darker? I would rather the uniform look.

Thanks all, and be well-
Lee

I've seen quite a few nitro's with no tint at all, they look funny. Mine was tinted from the back seats all the way back. And of course I tinted them all again. I left the front alot lighter so hopefully the cops will leave me alone. Knock on wood so far:smileup:

hey LSI, I re-tinted the front windows and added the tint to the top of the windshield, there are pics in my gallery, the back and rear were darker and it was very noticable, but now they sort of blend. the front is still lighter, but Texas law will not allow darker

Yeah, you're right. I've seen a couple of base models with no tint. And yes they do look weird....

yeah I did the front windows and the top of the windshield, after market tint won't match exactly to factory, its a different type of tint all together, although it is hard to notice the difference unless you are looking for it, I have been pulled over for my tint at least a dozen times, i average about twice per month.
