my psychic powers are not working today, could you tell us which engine you have ?

first i would pull the plugs, check they are correct clean and in good order, must admit your "good for a week" is a classic sign of wrong plugs where fitted,
the 3.7 is prone to a valve lifter popping off, but normaly you can tell because there is a slight permanent misfire, odviously check the air filter is not clogged,
