Welcome redlumxof. Hard to say what do you need up there. Seems like the slush mats would be good, the window vent visors if your into that kind of thing. If you got the tow package, you might opt for the chrome RAM receiver plug. If you live on a dirt road, you might want the rear window deflector. You really have to make up your mind based on what need/want. If it were me, definitely would pick out 500 worth of parts. Good luck and enjoy the forum.

Ya.. has the tow package... chrome plug sounds cool. I don't go for the window deflector thing... looks cheesy. Is there an online site that has available factory stuff?? Can you get K&N air filter through Dodge???
Thanks for the INFO!

Hehehe. There is most likely a K&N ad right in the middle of your screen right now. You can go there and get a drop in. Also, look around the site for one with Mopar parts. You should find one here that gets you discounted items. You should be able to pick out something to tell your dealer. Also, your dealer should have a Nitro Accessories catalogue . Ask for one.

I'd think about a front hood deflector to keep from getting rock chips on the hood. Also maybe the rear air deflector to keep the back clean, otherwise it definitely gets dirtier than the rest of the truck. The Sport Bars are cool (if you have use for them). I like the door sill inserts too. Can can see the accessories on the Dodge website.

good luck and enjoy your Nitro:beerchug:

I love my security cover for the back and the chrome door sills. I'd get the roof rails (which should be STANDARD equipment), that's next on my list. Slush mats are always good, I should have bought them and regret that I didn't after a few snowy, muddy treks in the woods. The mud flaps will help with the dirt and road gunk that's no fun to wash off.

Got the locking wheel nuts, mud flaps, locking gas cap and the chrome gas cap enclosure thing. Need to get a K & N filter though. I have the part number, but having trouble finding one. Found ONE on ebay, but the guy wanted TOOOOO much for it.... LMK...

Good choice

I was going to suggest the mud flaps/splash guards. Mine just arrived in the mail yesterday and I plan on installing them tomorrow. I want to see how they look in Black before I decide to paint them like lil'salmon did on his Orange R/T.

Let me know how hard the mud flaps were to install. Also, has anyone installed the locking gas cap and associated chrome cover? I bought the truck in another city and I have to go THERE to get the stuff installed. I was thinking of just getting them to mail the stuff here and I could do it. Any suggestions would be helpful!!!

Thanks

I have a black SLT and my first order was for the rear spoiler and mud flaps, you did not say if you had running boards or not, but they do help in keeping the sides clean as most of your time will be spent in trying to keep the BLACK clean The window deflectors might look cheesey but with your weather in Victoria at least you will be able to crack a window open and stay dry. Locking wheel nuts(Lordco )are a must to keep midnight car parts at bay Enjoy hamish:wavey:
