As stated in the MyGIG manual, the website (www.chrysler.com/mygig) which currently forwards to the 2007 Sebring should be made public by the end of January 2008.

See below for the email I received from Chrysler Customer Service:

Dear Tyle,

Thank you for contacting the Chrysler Customer Assistance Center
regarding the MyGIG updates for your 2007 Dodge Nitro.

We understand your concern and appreciate the time and effort you took
to write to us.

We are aware that the /mygig page is redirecting to Sebring vehicle
information about MyGIG. This problem is in the process of being
corrected. MyGIG owner instructions are expected to be online by the end
of January. You may want to check the site again at that time. We
apologize for any inconvenience.

Well, he only mentions that the owner instructions will be posted, but fingers crossed for updates, add-ons, etc.

Here's an email I receievd from them on Feb. 18 about this:

Thank you for contacting the Chrysler Customer Assistance Center
regarding your MyGIG system.

I have reviewed the website and also came up with the same information
as you have provided stating that the instructions should be online by
the end of January. Unfortunately, it appears as though this update has
not been processed as of yet. I will document this concern properly so
that it can be reviewed by the appropriate parties. Unfortunately, at
this time we do not have a revised release date for this update.

Went to the site today and it looks like the start of a MyGig actual site (ie. it is different than the sebring page). Has some tips stuff on the left hand side, etc..

Hopefully this is a start in the right direction..

Note.. if you go to www.dodge.com/mygig, it gives you a dodge layout, but with the same info...

The JK forums are keeping them updated somewhat and available on their board. Updating my Gracenotes now to version 8.81.
