I've done all my shopping and have found that the best deal on a K&N 63 series CAI is actually from our vendor AutoAnything!!! If nobody informs me to the contrary, I am getting ready to place my order.

Anyone??

I bought mine from them, but shipping and duties were outrageous to Canada.

Go for it! Try this using this code: EDC07027C at checkout and you can get $20 off!

I'm not sure about the CAI making mine sound different, because I had a dual exhaust put on the day before. The sound after both is awesome, and yes, more power and faster acceleration. I love it! The SM at the dealer today noticed the sound too when I pulled into the enclosed service reception area. He always asks me what I have done this time!

I just ordered my K&N CAI as well. Any advice for installation? I assume it's pretty easy. Does K&N give decent instructions?
.......... and is this a good DIY project? I'm really not a DIY'er. But if it's dirt simple, it's worth a shot.

cake...

it was super easy. I did it in weather that was mid-40s with a slight drizzle. The instructions are clear and it is a simple task. I'm not really a mechanic or anything either!!!
I am also very happy with the results!

The only part that I caution you all on is the removal of the IAT sensor.

It is a bit delcate and you can crack the sensor while removing it from the stock rubber coupling. My suggestion is that you take a utility knife and cut 2 slits in the rubber so that it is easier to pull it out.
