I pick my Nitro up tomorrow from Vogelweh Military Car Sales, Kaiserslautern (K-town), Germany. Have appreciated all of the information I was able to gather before making the purchase. Looking forward to joining the ranks of Nitro owners. Haven't seen a lot of them over here yet, looking forward to hitting the Autobahn in it. Appreciate all of the information everyone has provided each other. Great forum!

Hey Lenny,

That is where I picked mine up from about a month ago. Don't know if you saw it but it was the Electric Blue R/T sitting on the lot. I will be up there tomorrow around 1000 at vehicle reg transfering the registration on my Van I sold. Lets try to get together. Hope you enjoy your Nitro.

Who was the Car dealer? Mine was Julian.

I live down in Mannheim, and you?

You chose the BEST COLOR!!!!!

Mark,

I just may be there tomorrow. I'm selling my Chrysler Voyager Van. After the sale I'll be registering my Nitro. Doesn't matter. I think it's great that there's a Nitro "family" out there. I have a Jeep Wrangler, and that is also a family circle, but nothing like the Nitro family. Glad to be a new member!!

I got it

Picked up the Nitro this afternoon. I don't understanr\d the reviews that say the Nitro has no power. It runs great. Maybe the testers all drive Porsches.
I love the color, handling is a little different. But my first impression from my first day is. Hooooollllly ****! I love it!!!!!

That's it for now!

glad you are happy with the blue beast! yes, the handling is different than anything I've driven before, but that's to be expected as I have never had a 4x4 or a Jeep before.
