Just bought a 2008 Chrysler with MyGig. Three days later, I will never be able to live without it. But...

Where is a simple Stop/Pause/Play button for the music? It seems I have to switch to other source (a CD player with no disc inside) or just turn it off for the music to stop.

Help much appreciated.
Thanks!

As far as your question about the MyGiG , there doesn't seem to be any controls like that. I never even thought about that because I don't play CDs in mine, I've ripped stuff to the HDD or I use sat radio or FM most of the time.

Hello Waldorf,
I hope I'm not threadjacking but I have a bunch of music cd's I'd like to load on the hard drive. How long does it take to upload a cd? I haven't done it yet cause I'm fearful that it will be very time consuming.

I did one on the weekend and it took about 10 minutes or so, I didn't actually time it. It took long enough to drive to the Timmies (that's Canadian for coffee shop) and wait for my turn at the speaker/microphone.

If you have them ripped from the CD on your computer already, group them into folders and use the USB port with a USB drive to import them even faster.
