This is my recently purchased 2007 Nitro. Has a lift. Love it except for the power window issue. I broke the button and ordered a replacement switch from Amazon. Worked fine for a week or so then all of a sudden it quit working the front windows. Passenger side will still work w the switch on that side. Power locks don’t work either. But not sure if that’s from the switch or not cause I quit using the lock button because my key fob doesn’t work and when I locked it w the power lock button the alarm would go off ass soon as I unlocked and opened the door. Doesn’t do it if I manually lock the doors. Any ideas?

specific electrical issues (from most to least likely):
  • bad/corroded ground
  • other bad connection
  • TIPM issue
  • other bad module

Did your brand new switch fail?
I assume this is one of those $25 aftermarket master switches? I haven't really heard good things about them. I just got lucky and was able to get a brand new Mopar replacement master switch for $70 on eBay. They usually seem to go for about $140.

Maybe you can try get an exchange from Amazon?
Welcome to the forum!
I bought this one, it's worked flawlessly for it.
I had to bend the tabs a little so they would grab and it' wouldn't pop out, but otherwise it's been perfect.

Yes the new one failed after being great for about a week or so. It will still work for the back windows tho

Just had this problem myself, so your windows don't work from the master switch? but front passenger will from that doors switch/ rear windows work from master? now do the electric side mirrors and door lock button work from master switch? If not you have a problem with the power supply to the Lin bus...I found on mine that the plug on door pillar was the problem the Lin bus power supply cable pin had rusted and broken away from the inside plug.
Job for an electrician unless you are handy with joining wires etc.
