Hi All... :wavey:my name is Larry and I have been wanting a Nitro for a while now. Have found a 2008 Silver RT, but starting to think I might want to wait for a 2009 model. Does anyone know when the 2009's will be available or are they even going to have a 2009. I can't seem to find anything online about them.

Well, here's the '09 accessories brochure for the Nitro, so you can dream about mods while waiting. Actually, I read that the Toledo plant may be closed for a couple more weeks as Chrysler has a stock of Libertys and Nitros that they want to sell first. Shouldn't be too long though.

Looks like Dodge is offering ambient light kits now for the Nitro. And I don't remember the Mopar CAI being advertised before. I might give them a call about that just to get a price.

Oh yeah, I heard they weren't offering the Orange anymore.

the online ordering system will not be available until after the arrivals of the 2009's to the dealerships. you can call your local dealer and talk to them, but to pre-order you will need to drop a non-refundable deposit and I was not a big fan, so I am waiting.....

An '09 sounds great but all these other folks are just daffy!! BLUE is the only way to go!!!
