Basically, you can create a gif fimage you want to use 64x64 pixels then convert it to an ICO extension.I have a folder on my Windows XP desktop where I keep all my various Nitro files and want to customize the appearance of the folder with a custom icon (.ICO file). Anyone help me out?
You could also just right click your folder and select properties, click on customize, and browse to a picture of a Nitro, etc.
take this GIF file, rename it with an ICO extensiopn and there you go!That only works with a folder within a folder, not a folder off the desktop itself.
I was just hoping someone might have already a generic nitro.ico in their possesion.

very funny! I stole the image from the forum header image and cropped it down. For some reason, when I use it for a folder on my machine, the edits I made turn black. I can make you one in ORANGE if you like! Thanks.
Shame about the colour though![]()
