Hello all!

I just purchased a Bright Silver 2007 Nitro SLT 4x4 a couple weeks ago. I just watched it tick over 1000 miles. It seems like only yesterday....sniff, sniff. Sorry. Now if it would just snow! I haven't owned a 4x4 in 10 years. I'm itchin' to try this thing out in a good blizzard!

Well, welcome to the team, NO2SLT! You have found the very best Nitro forum on the whole planet ... well done. Sure hope you continue to enjoy that ride. Keep in mind that 4x4 driving is awesome, but 4x4s don't brake a whole lot better than anything else. You could still slide your way into a whole mess of trouble if you take that 4x4 for granted!

Thanks. It's actually quite amazing, that people around here (MN) have to learn how to drive all over again every winter! Full size pickups blow past you, and then you pass them, stuck in the ditch a half mile up the road.

welcome to the forum NO2SLT, I hope you enjoy our zany group! We have lots of fun, but share some valuable information about Nitro's too! I can't wait for snow too! I've never owned a 4x4 or a truck or a SUV before, so I'm anxious to try it in the snow!
