Too skinny for me.

I like big wheels, but those look like the tires on them are rubber bands. I think I will stay with 20"s when I replace my stock R/T wheels as I prefer the look of having a little more tire height. I do want to max out the width of rubber I can put to the ground, as I like pushing the limits of lateral forces on the mountain twisties between my home and the big city down in the flat lands. 20"x 8.5" or 20"x 9" wheels should be all my stock Nitro can handle I think. I just have to experiment with what size tire on those wheels will work without having to remove the splash guards inside the fender wells. The stock 20" wheels and tires are almost rubbing from the factory when you turn full lock and back-up. I know because when I installed my mud flaps which are only a sixteenth of an inch thick, I now get a very slight rub backing out of the driveway sometimes.

Unless you are going much bigger with the wheels and tires and therefore adding a considerable amount of added unsprung weight, I don't think that recommendation would apply to typical Nitro wheel mods. I think it is applicable to raised trucks that put wheel and tire combinations that are much bigger than stock.
