Just acquired a 2007 Dodge Nitro SLT and am in the beginning stages of retrofitting it for a Bug Out Vehicle. Currently its with my mechanic to go through it completely and make sure everything is in working order. Likely will throw a remanufactured 3.7L SOHC engine and remanufactured transmission in it. After that, 2.5" Lift Kit, winch kit, high-lift jack, off-road light kits for front and rear and whatever else I decide is a must have or "I just want it" addition.
