SO I have a SXT with the single cd, and I purchased a 6 disc with Sat.
I bought the OEM sat. antenna and installed that, then the head. Now when I plugged it in the built in cd changer made shuffling noises, and it shiowed there was a cd alreay inserted, I ejected it and that is it, the Radio doesnt come on or anything else, I can load cd's but not play them
The Part # is 05064112ak, its out of a 2008 chrysler.
Any help would be great

I just looked at a Dodge site, they have this number listed
05064113, it is one number off, the one I got is 05064112 ?
What gives

I just checked your part number, you have a radio from a CAN-B vehicle, take it out, now! You have the incorrect radio for your BUS application. I can't stress this enough, ask questions and do your homework before buying. These radios may look all the same but they do not all interchange. The Nitro has a CAN-IHS Bus.

Waldorf was correct in the link he showed you. I did update it to reflect the situation you have encountered.

No, not harm done. If you left it in there you may have experienced problems with other interior functions, that's all. No harm done. The Nitro is OK!! :smileup:
