Yes, it is recommended by Chrysler. That's where the TSB's come from. I personally don't like to use stuff like Armor All because they do exactly as the TSB says and puts too much shine on the dash. I only use a damp, not wet, cloth, then finish with a dry cloth to remove any water spots or streaks. I don't use any cleaning fluids on the inside windows either as I had tint added to the inside. If you have factory tint, it is inside the windows.
