Have a question for everyone...if you didn't have your Nitro what would you buy when it comes to an SUV? Now your answer cannot be Nitro. I probably would pick the Acura RDX.
Other then Nitro what would you buy?

well my hubby had been riding my back about an suv, but I hated them all, they looked like grocery-getters! then the mustang was murdered and we saw the nitro and I had to have it. so if the nitro had not been available my choice of vehicle would been a mini cooper or new mustang

I would probably like a Infinity but then reality reminds my couldnt afford one unless I started selling something illegal...so I would definately go for GMC Acadia. both so totally different from my Nitro.

Whow, that is so hard to answer when cars are so interesting and exciting.
I really would like an SRT10 or SRT8 but the petrol consumption is way to high so they're out.
I would maybe go for something like an M3 or R32, something sporty.
Just sold a Honda Type S and to be honest it was a great fun car.
But the Nitro works in other ways.

If I could not buy a Nitro, I would buy a Jeep Liberty.
It does not have the Styling apeal of the Nitro, but I am too hooked on my Nitro to give it up.
If there is no Liberty--- I don't know what I'd do As there are slim pickens for manual transmission SUV's---- probably an H3 as my third choice.

Well the Nitro is actually my wifes, so if I was getting a new vehicle for myself it would probably be a full size Chevy Silverado Ext. Cab since I get a discount for being a GM retiree. I pull lotsa trailers (snowmobiles, atvs, 2 boats, etc) & haul gas, & it would stink up the Nitro or any enclosed SUV.
during my whole lemon law thing i was actually going to get the new jeep liberty as a replacement. it was hard finding one to match the 31k price tag i had to meet because of my truck. i ended up finding one but it was sold over the weekend. so i went to dodge to just get another truck and saw the black R/T and by luck of god it was 31k. been obessed with it since.

:Racing:I considered the Chevy H3 with Alpha v8 package & also another Dodge Dakota Quad Cab v8 truck (just sold my 2000 Quad cab v8...great truck). I also liked the Mercedes ML350 SUV until my buddy bought one. I really love the Range Rover HSE Sport but too expensive. I think I made the right choice though.

There is not much out there that doesn't drink gas and has the Nitro look. Don't want a soccer mom car! If gas was cheaper definitely the SRT8 Jeep.

Hummer H3 with a V8
when i purchased the Nitro i was actually going back and forth between the Nitro and the H3 but with only the "cant get out of its own way" 5 cyl available and comparably equipped the H3 was 4 or 5 grand more then the Nitro and to me the killer looks of the Nitro i went for the Nitro
