Owner's manual

I got my 2.8 CRD SXT a month ago without the owner's manual. Apparently all manuals were recalled for reprinting in SA. I am thoroughly enjoying the car, but as you would imagine the experience is sometimes very frustrating without the owners manual. Where can I get an electronic copy?

I have tried http://www.nitroforumz.com/showthread.php?t=3326, but I don't have permission to access the page.
