I recently had my 07’ SLT 3.7l start throwing a P0507 after getting the a/c compressor and condenser replaced. Ended up having a bad compressor from stock and got it replaced again but the shop didn’t do anything about the code except reset it...Cut to earlier today and I found a hole in one elbow and the other crumbled when I applied some pressure to pull it off the valve. Long story short, the MOPAR replacement part was much too small to have worked so I ended up buying a high pressure/high temp reinforced hose that I cut to length and have being held in place with hose clamps. This temporary fix is working well and actually saw my mileage range increase by 45 miles shortly after this. The problem I have is that I can’t find replacement elbows that seem to fit. Has anyone else had this issue?

Yep, Dodge only sells the unit as a whole. Hoses and elbows

I did the same thing with high temp hose and clamps a few weeks ago. Seems to be holding up, and mileage has also gone up for me as well.
