I just had an idea that hit me. I think it could give the nitro a tougher look if someone with the black nitro would powder coat all the chrome trim accent pieces. That coupled with the flat black/gray unpainted fenders and some all black rims could be a mean look. What are your thoughts and who here with some photchop skills could render that? I would be a cheap modification.

there was a discussion elsewhere on the forum about powdercoating rims, but can you do this to plastic chrome pieces? I thought powdercoating was an electrostatic operation that required a metal base to attract the paint to magnetically or something like that?

It might be, but I will find out more about that tomorrow though. If not I can just have them painted to match the factory paint. It would be a different look and could provide a pretty interesting touch to the front of the nitro.

there is a pic in the phot galleries of a completely tricked out Nitro, it doesn't even have door handles! It looks pretty sick IMO!
