I have put to engines 300CRD in my Boat and want make it running. All Cable are Original and i put to wcm with new Keys ,2 FCM , 2 Electricel Platine (from instrument cluster) inside also the right PCM, My problem is now that one engine is running and the second one dont. The programmition i have do it exactly same. now the problem is when i tell him WCM are replace he take the pinnumber says the pinnumber are correct and touch next i do it , then the error message is comming ore the starscan its tell me "negative reaktion ferror code $33" ore its tell me "PCM not ready ore ingnition is off" i have controll all cable and connectors all be good. Have someone a idea what is the problem? with a other new WCM its the same problem. Engine starts for a second and stop them.

How close together are the 2 WCM's? Unless they are shielded from each other there may be interference between the two.

this dont works together i have 2 circuit , circuit 1 engine one ther is WCM - Instrument cluster at the sme can-bus this one is going to the fcm from fcm its going to diagnostic connector, and at the 3. conector the pcm can bus. And yes all is shildet be special cable.

this 2 circuit from engine one and engine to are independ. i use all side the same parts.

Sounds good, but if the two WCM antenna rings are side by side and not shielded from each other they will interfere. You could try separating them by at least 2 feet. Otherwise, do you suspect a faulty WCM?

I would test that theory but swapping them and see if the other engine works correctly. I only wish I had to identical systems to work with when troubleshooting.

i have put inside 2 batteries
one at left side from boat and one right side (for aege engine one) then i make it like this.

when i change all controll units from right side to left. the left engins runs , the right dont runs. so its not a problem with connectors ore cable.

The other think, when i start engine left with the FCM1 CCN1 PCM1 WCM1 and Key1
the run for about 3 seconds and stops. then i have a errorcode in the pcm, comminication lost with fcm and skim key invalid (active) when i put ingnition off on (inactive) in fcm no error message and no errors in wcm. Key is programmet and the starter relais is give free . Datalist key are good in WCM and PCM.
When i will Program "WCM replace" ask for security pin (next)- Pin****- next - pin correct - transmitting security key - Transfert failed , make sure ignition is on and PCM are ready to receive data.

In Datalist WCM and PCM Ignition is on. All parts wars new. today i wars try it with a other new WCM same Problem. Can`t program "WCM replace"

Swapping WCM's from one engine to another should not work. Each PCM, FCM, and WCM have a VIN written it it and the engine should not start. Check and verify the VIN in each module to see if they correspond with each other.

This is where I part companies with the Manufacturers. There is no reason that this would have to be. Its all about the money.

i know that. when i take all parts from left to right side , right side works and left dont when i change back left works and right dont. in all parts are the right vin. only in the pcm from right side its stand current vin ******** but ther dont stand original vin number (this field is empty) when i put the key in position start. the are no defoults in the control moduls. when i start now the engine runs 3 secs and then stop then i have only in the pcm 2 defoult code. one active and one stored

active P0513 Skim Key infalid
stored lost comunication with FCM.

the are no lost voltage at all controll moduls i test it with a oziloscop th highest undervoltage is 11.2 Volts and with the negative pols its the same. so the are ok. ASD Relais works fine to. The are no defoult code in fcm ccn ore wcm. in the wcm parrameter stand

ok i resolve the problem. the FCM wars the couse. the dont translate and give the information to the pcm but take information from pcm and gife it to wcm. its why there wars not trouble code, i replace the fcm now the engine runs to.
