I have my dash apart and these colors don't match up. Pin 2 is white/orange and Pin 13 is white/gray. hmmm....

Could you specify which connector you are referring to?

Sorry! It's C2, the audio connector. The wires for CAN BUS + and - are different than listed here. I'm not sure if it matters, but I have Mygig.

Those are definitely the IHS BUS circuits. Sometimes there are discrepancies between the diagrams and the vehicle.

Ok so has anyone confirmed that it's possible to just drop in a MyGIG system to replace the 6-disc changer? I've got one on order and am thinking about doing the installation myself. In the PDF I see Multimedia/Video Radio, but I'm not sure that is equivalent to "MyGIG." Does anyone have any input on the connectors (no pun intended) for MyGIG system?

I'd ask member Headbusa if he could post some pics of the MyGIG he purchased. Once we see what connectors are there it can be confirmed if they are the same as the Sat. radio. They'll likely be the same. Check it out http://www.nitroforumz.com/showthread.php?t=2618

I replaced the single cd with Sirius with a MYGIG and it works fine.

I am now trying to figure out which pin is the video in on the MYGIG, Oh by the way I did this in a 2007 Jeep Wrangler, sorry for the wrong forum but I have been searching for the pin outs of the MYGIG system

FYI to all. I tapped into the shift lever illumination connector as suggested below to get the dimmer control working for my AVIC-D3 and it works flawlessly in day/night mode now!

KickerNitro, you are partially correct on the illumination. On a 42RLE transmission the panel lamps driver circuit is E12 OR/GY. On a NAG1 which would be found in an R/T with the 4.0L there is no panel lamps drivers at the shifter connector.

Okay I just got my AVIC D3 put in without a wiring harness....I am having all types of problems. If I turn on my A/C, deck cuts off, if I plug my phone charger up, the deck cuts off, And if I turn on the lights, A/C on low, when I hit the brakes it cuts off.....Is there any way to put the unit in without all this happening. And without the harness, cause they are saying it will take atleast a month for the wiring harness, unless someone knows where I can get it. Help

Ok, so i am looking at getting a SXT with the 6 disc premium sound system (NOT the mygig thing) and it has the DVD symbol on it, so I gather I can hook a monitor up and watch dvd,s??

This may already answered but I am getting to reading the whole forum..lol

It would be awsome if i could hook up a monitor.

Also can I hook up a cell phone hands free kit (NOKIA CK1W) to the stereo?? id love to use the buttons on the radio to answer calls and have the phone call come out of the speakers with the radio muts when on the phone etc...has anyone done this?

Thanks NitroTech. How about the switched power to turn off the radio when the key is turned off? Is that also on C2 or do I have to find another source? I have heard from some that you have to run from a seperate source. If so, Where? Thanks for the help.
