I was thinking of removing and having the rear Hatch Handle Painted the same color as the car and do away with the chrome handle. Does Nitro have a handle that is already painted?

Nope, the SXT comes with the black plastic trim on that part, and the SLT and R/T has chrome. Even if there was a model where that piece was painted the body color from the factory, you wouldn't be able to order a replacement part that way. Replacement parts only come primed and would need to be painted to match your body color. Your best bet is to have someone properly prep and paint your crome trim piece.

Just courious...why would you want to take the chrome look away from a red paint job?

Just think that a colored rear panel is better looking than a colored rear panel with a chrome piece accross it in the middle? Thanks for the comment. Joe
