Our tired 2009 3.7L Nitro (42LE, 2WD) needs the main seal replaced. I've been hobbling it along for a few months with the Blue Devil stuff (which has actually done pretty well), but I noticed it's starting to drip again, and using more doesn't seem likely to continue working.
Our usual mechanic wouldn't commit to doing the job (we've had an issue with them on the last couple of small things anyhow, so I'm not keen to go back). I'm wondering what the AllData and/or Mitchell labor hours are on this job? I don't have the space or time at the moment to pull the transmission myself, so I want to have an idea of what it should take to get it done.
Thanks!
