New Nitro owner here.

Just bought a Nitro sxt 4x4, My question is has anyone removed the bottom lip in the front for more ground clearance. Does it have any real function or just looks also is it easy to put back on.

Lots of people have removed or modified the air dam. See this thread for some help with the clips.

It does have some aerodynamic qualities. Its not all just for looks.
But I really didn't care about the aerodynamics.

Hey there, I was out in the spring playing in the bush and I broke my air dam (not really knowing what it was called) while searching online I found this place and links to all kinds of Nitro goodies I bout this I bought that LOL but the look of the truck without the air dam grew on me and I decided to just leave it off. I did buy a new one; it's in the garage if ever I had to part with her I would put it back on for resale. Her is a pic with mine off

Wow that looks amazing your car made the decision for me the air dam is coming off!!!!! Any tips on removal....
