I installed this puppy and had lots of issues..
I removed it and went back to 9.713

RER MyGIG 9.715 - Worked for me

Upgraded to 9.715 yesterday. Installed with no problems and so far no issues to report

Hung twice.. to the point I had to do a Blackberry Search while on the highway to find what Fuse to pull.. thnks NITROFORUM !

other issues :
Could not find "Winthin a Province" in new Destination
Nav POI input issues

After that.. took it off and went back to .713
Could be a Canadian thing

Wow, I just received a 9.713 update CD from Chrysler. I didn't ask for one so I guess they're sending this out to everyone with MyGIG.

Let's see...I downloaded and installed that one, oh, around 5 months ago.

I also got the 9.713 today and installed it. Now I am having problems. It shows my home state as WA USA but when I try to do any POI or travel from home to work on the nav it keeps going to MI. I went to my home address here in Roy, WA and selected POI gas stations and it said the nearest gas was 1.7 miles away in MI!!!! What is up with these "official" updates? Should I download and install 9.715?

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with these updates?

OK, since nobody has an opinion on this, can someone tell me how to convert the system back to the old version? HELP!

I had great luck with 9.715. Went from 9.56 and I've had no problems. After the install I had to reset to Canada and Province and reload all my UConnect phone numbers but that's it. I've run through most of the features including POI and everything is working fine. I'd give 9.715 a go given you have to do another install anyway.

I removed and reinstalled 9,713 and then reinstalled 9,715 and all seems to be in order.. I also experienced the same MI (USA) Home page even though ONTARIO CANADA was selected.. in any case.. it seems to better on the second attempt.. so heads up. maybe a little temperamental to some
