I have read many post with people referring to removing the resonator on thier exhaust. What is this? And does it make a difference? If so, what?
I feel like an idiot because I know my way around a vehicle fairly well and haven't really come across this before. Learn something new every day I guess!

petey ..Take a peek under your Nitro from the rear bumper .There's a can under there about a foot and a half from the tailpipe end .This fruit juice size can is your resonator .Keeps the sound from guess what ? Resonating .It's not very restrictive on the Nitro .That's just me opinion and I'm sure I'll hear criticism regarding that statement .

Hope this helps.
