Well it finally happened. Got a screw in the tire this weekend while at parents house in SC. So we changed it and boy am I ever glad I spent the $350 to get a full size spare as opposed to the donut. The only problem now is that the sensor does not recognize it and keeps telling me one is low. Guess I need to head to Dodge this weekend to get my regualr tire fixed.

Hmmmmm..... maybe the spare doesn't come with a sensor???

Back when I had my Jeep, I pulled in to the airport parking garage only to find a 6-inch-long carriage bolt in one of my tires!!! Must have just picked it up as I was not running on a flat!

My Mom used to have an Escalade (previous gen), and we had a screw stuck in the rear tire for a couple of weeks. Then again, that thing was a beast, and had huge tires, so it didn't really do any damage. We got it patched nonetheless.

I hate it when that happens ! :shakehead: I have found nails in 2 parking lots this summer and hoped that there weren't more in my tires, I knew a guy in the 70s that got 3 flats at once from screws in the road

Thanks blue. Mine is an actual full size, but was bought after the fact. So it's good to know I'm not crazy. Plan to get in there soon so the darn thing will stop flashing at me. Ha Ha.
