Was testing my cam sensor wiring & thought I had my multimeter on battery ground but had it on the positive lead on accident. Went to test and got sparks on the wiring harness connector. Did it to both the 5V signal wire and 12v power like an idiot. How boned am I? Did I maybe fry my ECM? I already had codes/check engine light for cam sensor, I'm just worried I made things worse. On another note, replacing my cam sensor didn't get rid of my "intermittent cam sensor" fault code. If it's not my ECM, I'm thinking of checking the crankshaft sensor.

it ain't good what you done but you might be lucky and no damaged was caused, unless you have more codes or issues than you had before,

was it the BRN/LT GRN wire ?,
i don't see a 12v power at the cam sensor connector ?,
what are the codes you have ?,
