Sounds like a few of you are interested in attending the car show in Big Bear Lake on May 27th, which starts around 9am and last until around 4pm.

I suggest we meet for breakfast/brunch at Denny's on the main blvd (41196 Big Bear Blvd) not far from where the car show is going to be held. I will personally meet and greet all of you in the parking lot between 9:30am and 10:00am before we go in to eat and plan our drive to the car show. I will attempt to get the show organizer to reserve some space for us if I can get firm commitments from those interested in coming, but I can't promise this will happen.

Any of you interested in the local Nitro club idea with monthly meetings and planned Nitro runs from time to time can discuss that with me during brunch, and/or at the show.

Please respond to this thread, or send me a PMail ASAP, as the weekend will be here before we know it.

Come on Nitro owners, lets show off our trucks together. Shine that puppy up and drive up to paradise in the mountains.

Shiny!!!

I just finished waxing the R/T and noticed that there are no replies to this invitation to Big Bear Lake on the 27th.

Come on, there must be at least a few Nitro owners who live in the area that would enjoy the drive and the weather.

Let me know if you are coming. :Racing:

Chance meeting, or start of club???

Can't make the 27th gonna be in INDY. I would like to make the next one and the next and the next. Guess I should ask if this is going to be a club or just a chance meeting group.
I vote for a club
I and a couple of others here on the Southwest section of the Nitro Forumz are attempting to start a local club. You know, with monthly meetings, planned Nitro runs to fun destinations for the day or for a weekend.

If you are interested dajansens, send me a PM with your contact info so I can include you in the growing list of local Southern Calif. Nitro owners who are interested in joining a club.

The more the merrier. :Racing::Banana01::pepper::ura1::beerchug:

Bump!

Reminder to all Nitro owners who live within driving distance to Big Bear Lake, CA.

Also, please contact me if you wish to form a local Nitro club (even if you have sent me a previous message or indicated an interest in a prior message thread (I lost some messages when I upgraded to a level 2 supporter of this forum, but now I can store up to 100 of your private messages, which will help me organize our local club)

I know some of you who are interested in a local club can't make it to Big Bear Lake this weekend to talk about it, so I would like to start researching what other date, time and place will work for our first official meeting.

Hope to see many Nitros on Sunday and meet you all.

David
