Just wanted to share this, thought it pretty cool. Out of all the camaro's, trucks, bronco's, cherokee's that i've owned in my twenty years of driving i've had so many compliments from strangers. Just sharing a cool feeling when people notice the things you do to make something look better. The wierd thing about these compliments is that most of them say "I really like that, what kind of car is it". :smileup:

Same here, I was at the gas station the other day(can't pass one of those now a days!!) and the guy behind me said, Is that the new "Hummer", i said hell no, a lot better than a Hummer, it's a Dodge Nitro " A Dodge???" i replied yes, then the guy was like, Do you mind if i take a look, i said no go right ahead, and if you buy one here's a great website, Nitrofozumz.com....i gave him a little card with my referral on it!!! hi hi hi

I used to get asked alot, now... not so much. There is only like 20plus in this town and its a SMALL town. One in every neighborhood! I (it) still turns heads out of town though and I love it.

i have had my nitro a little more than a year now and i still see people turning their heads as i pass them on the street to look at my truck.

Today at Home Depot, I had just parked the Nitro and started walking toward the store. There was a guy coming out of the store and was staring at the Nitro. I was a little concerned, as he never made eye contact with me as we passed each other. So I stopped by the entrance and watched him. He walked by the Nitro real slow, he was not close enough to see inside, and just kept staring. Even when he passed it he was looking backward. I thought he was going to walk into a parked car! He went to his truck and got out a tape measure and headed back toward the store, still staring. This time when he walked passed it he started to look forward to the entrance. When I came out his truck was still there, so I guess my Nitro has an admirer.
My Nitro has had a lot of stares, but nothing like that. :smileup: :coolthumb:
