Good point!

Right on.... but why wouldn't it be held in a place where you can hang out with the Nitros & see what everyone has done with them?
Very good point AirJunky. I was just trying to pick a location where it would be fairly easy for many in SoCal to get to and the 210 freeway is one of the lightest traveled. I picked The Cheesecake Factory because they have good food.

If everyone parks in the parking facility across the street we can still compare Nitros and get some pictures together. After lunch we can all cruise down Colorado Blvd. together before going home.

We plan on being there too.

But I think I agree with AJ - the parking for CCF is a pain in the bootay. I doubt that we would be able to park near eachother to hang out.
I was trying to figure out some other places if you are open to ideas. I just don't want to step on toes here. I am sure CCF would work out.

I am open to ideas for other locations, but think we should not change locations so close to the date and possibly confuse anyone. If we all park across the street in the parking structure, and choose spots at the furthest part of the parking structure, we should all be able to park close to one another.

I will agree to other arrangements if there is a consensus from most of the other Nitro owners that are planning to attend. If we are going to change location, we need to do it quickly. If everyone that is planning to attend will send me a PMail message with your names and the number of people you are bringing, I can get a head count for the restaurant.

Well the few ideas I came up with are Mimi's in Monrovia, ClaimJumper in Monrovia and Robin's in Pasadena. All have big parking lots and are right off the freeway. Just some ideas to keep in mind for next time. :)

Thanks for the ideas

Thanks IMWhisper, if the others that are attending on the 20th want to change locations to one of those suggested, or to another location that is easy to get to and has a large parking lot, let me (us) know quickly so we can make a decision.

Unless posted here in the next week or so, we will stay with the original location, The Cheesecake Factory.

Due to the lack of responses for this event, it has been canceled. Perhaps if we can get more participants at a later date we will try again. :shakehead:
I'm sorry to hear it fell through, Bear. Keep trying, the more Nitro's that are sold, the more interest there will be and more members in soCal.
