I ‘am thinking of adding either a Spoiler or Rear Window Deflector to my nitro. I have seen pics of Spoiler but not any of the Deflector , other than adds on the web . Does the Spoiler help keep the back window clean or is it more for show.

I just had my rear window deflector painted. And when I go to the dealer next week I'm going to have it installed. It should help with a 'wind' down draft affect. If not it'll look cool. Hopefully.

I think it depends on the design of the spolier to which it might or might not keep the rear windsheild clean.
But I'd get a spoiler anyways haha

I have a rear air redirector on mine. Check out the pic in my gallery. My dealership put it on for free cuz where I live there is lots of snow and my rear door freezes shut without it. It helps keep the back window clear but it is still gets a bit messy. Big difference in snow though.

I live on a gravel road I have rear deflector (fathers day present) and love it it does not keep the back window completely clean but there is definetly a difference. I think it is just personal choice and look you want.

me to still undissided wanting rain guards too .wether to get window inserts or stick on ot side the window just get whats right for you good luck

Well I finally made my up my mine and order my rear window deflector and have it in hand will try to install it Saturday if the weather is good been a bit wet around here with all the rain
