New to group this is 2nd nitro. Wont come out of park , can use screwdriver but then won't shift out of 2nd

Have your battery tested.
Check all your ground straps.
Faulty power can manifest all sorts of strange behaviors.

I found it to be there wire repair and now fixing it the proper way. Thank you for your response

Very bad wiring splice

in the early days of the Nitro, Dodge had to carry out a Recall for the windshield wipers which involved them splicing a small harness and some relays into the TIPM, Nitro owners from all countries where reporting of the bad work dodge had done,

This is excellent information to know. My nitro has the "fix". Not the worst splice job and not the best either.
