Good afternoon!

As I’m sure most of you know I’m a new member & Nitro owner. One of the first things I want to do with her is do some exterior mods, which brings me to ask what would y’all recommend as far as a bull bar/brush guard? I’ve seen lots and I can’t get any real info on how difficult it will be to install. I’m good at working on stuff but I’m easily frustrated so I’m looking to see if anyone has one they installed and can vouch for as far as ease of installation.

A lot depends on what exactly you want. The Mfg will usually have install instructions you can download and look at before you purchase one.
Most bull bars should not be terribly difficult to install. I have not done one myself(Winch plate here).
I'm not sure if you have to remove the front bumper to install one. It depends on how it is mounted.

As Scar pointed out, you can check around and view most of the manufacturers install instructions and watch videos on Youtube to see how they are installed.
Remember that if you get a bar that mounts under the bumper that it will change your ground clearance as well as approach angle.
