Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has done there own install on an amp and subwoofer. I was wondering if you could still use the stock head unit? Any answers will be greatly appreciated.

Yes it could be done.... I have a factory radio/amp/sub. Basically what you have to do is get an Output converter for RCA's for the amp... I got mine at best buy... 25 bucks. If you have a factory sub that has to be disconnected and the output converter is tie into there. Have someone do it for you or them (Best Buy)...

For the remote wire for the amp... connect that to your cig lighter or accessory wire.... I dont know exactly where that is at but have someone know or have them do it.

I work at Best Buy and know the installers soo I know they can do a good job but cant call that for other stores... But this stuff can be done...

Wire colors for the speakers

Does anyone know what the wire colors are for the speakers in the 07 Dodge nitro. I'm tring to install a line output converter so I can have a sub and an amp in the car. Thank you for your help.:smileup:

I have no idea what color the wires are... noo im no help here... I prob can get some info maybe..
