I have the standard 17" wheels and the basic TPM system in my Nitro.
I bought a great set of 20" wheels, which I haven't installed yet. My questions is this...
If the TPM monitors in the wheels are from the more advanced system where each wheels is displayed on the dash icon,
will they work, without a problem on my basic TPM system?

Thanks in advance for any help!

The same sensors are used in all Nitro wheels, its the different EVIC that displays the readings.
There is 1 major exception to " same sensors are used in all Nitro wheels " and that is the Euro and US versions are a different frequency.

Thanks so much for your input.
That comes as a relief. I thought that I might have to switch the TPMs from the 17s to the 20s.
The new wheels come from a domestic model. So double good news.

There is always a but. And here it is. The system can only self learn the first 10 sensors after that the old ones need to be cleared out of the system.

and what do you need to clear old sensors ?.
You will need the current active sensor serial # so you won't delete them. The sensors are listed by SN not in order(date) programmed...
Then a scanner that can erase the codes. A locksmith should have 1.
