I have a 08 nitro but it doesn’t have the tow package meaning it didn’t come with the tow hitch. I am looking to do some off-roading with it so I would like to be able to have a hitch for if I get stuck so I can be pulled out. Also any ideas how to put a hook on the front? Would I need a new front bumper?

I have a Curt class 3 hitch easy and clean install. And before I got my truck and travel trailer I was looking into the Curt trailer brake controller (looks kinda like a small dial and not like a big block that most companies make)
Modifications to the front bumper and bumper facia from what I have seen on here in the past is how guys have added recovery hooks to the front with the factory bumper facia.
