:confused:I took my nitro to a trans. specialist a few weeks ago...he said the trans. was fine but there seem to be some kind of miss in the engine.... well, now my brakes feel as if they are trying to lock up the same time that my engine bogs down, and my ac starts cutting out, and my Esp/Bass light has been on.

Chrysler won't work on my truck according to the SM at dealership because I sent that damn lemon law claim card in that was in my glove box ...I thought this would force them to take some action and me more seriously..HA!

Anyway, does anyone know about the ALL-Speed traction Control...my back tire has been making a "spueal" sound sometimes when I start to accelerate.

I was wondering what this is about...and could this be part of my problem? If anyone knows, please respond

(All-speed Traction Control: Senses drive-wheel slip and applies individual brakes to a slipping wheel(s), and reduces excess engine power until traction is regained)

Oh I just read this on another site..that they think it's the CPU pcmia computer that's causing the problems not the tranny. Does anyone know anything about this?

If the engine seriously had a "miss" or "misfire" condition the "check engine" light would be on for the misfire. No question on that. And if it were severe enough the "engine light" would be flashing and catalyst damage would be occurring.

Reading your descriptions on your transmission operation from other posts I'm gonna say that the trans. specialist is not correct in their diagnosis of the transmission.

As far as the CPU in in the PCM being the cause for the transmission problems it wouldn't be the first time that component was a problem. :)
