my nitro sxt stays in overdrive from 50k and up ,very sluggish unless it is floored . pcm has been flashed today ,no differance. what to do next

nitro sxt stays in overdrive after 50k unless almost floored, very boggy. had pcm flashed yesterday ,problem is still there . dealer saiys they can do nothing more at this point. any advice
