About a month ago, I called Sirius to register my radio (I got the letter from Dodge with one number). However, when I checked the appropriate channel to double check numbers (yes, a bit anal here), I noticed that there are two ID numbers. When I called Sirius to register (and I shall be kind and just say they were at best unhelpful), I asked about the two ID numbers. They told me the one was for the Navigation system, but I would need to call another number to register that one. I also told them that the letter from Dodge corresponded to the Nav ID, not the Radio ID (I may as well have talked to a wall). Things work, but I am wondering what that "other number" is that, btw, they did not give me nor transfer me to.
