What first needs to be verified is to check the vehicles options which is available through VIP (at the dealer) or the vehicle invoice to verify if the vehicle should have U-Connect installed . The Sales Code for U-Connect is RSP for Domestic.
If that shows the vehicle was built with UConnect then there are other avenues to follow. One would be scanning the vehicles Hands Free Module with the Starscan and verifying correct operation. Other possiblities is the build option shows the vehicle not to be equipped with Uconnect the it can be added and the vehicle reconfigured. Lastly, its possible the vehicle build configuration is corrupt and would need to be restored using the Starscan. Hope this helps some. :smileup:
