VES Module Assembly

Does anybody have information on what's contained in the production Video Entertainmant System? I'd like to "Add" the CAN module of a VES unit to my aftermarket Headrest video unit, connected to the REQ radio head unit. If I'm correct, then the multizone audio feature of the REQ radio will be enabled, as well as controlled remotely by a VES remote control. I'm thinking NitroTech may have some insight here.
