hiya ,wonder if anyone can help , i started up this morning and a laght stayed on (it looks like a coil spring ) mmy manual has not got this listed , any ideas out there 2.8 sxt crd cheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeers:smileup:

is it the glow plugs light if so turn the ignition so all the lights come on and wait til the coil light goes out then start the engine if the coil comes back on then think you might need some/all your plugs replaceing
but dont take my word for it.
some 1 more qualified will be allong with better advice soon

Sounds like your glow-plug light. It usually comes on when you turn your key to the "On" position. When it goes out (indicating they are up to temperature), then you can start your rig.

its the glow plug light, only comes on when its a bit cold ,mine only works at -2 and by the way ha way the lads, sunderland till we died
