I did a search for Nitro Spark Plugs and I keep seeing to use Copper Plugs? Is that true or can I use Platinum Plugs? We had a mechanic recommend Platinum but now I'm not so sure.
I would appreciate your opinions on this, oh Wise Ones!

Thanks in advance

Only ZFR6F-11G should be used in the 3.7, changed every 30K miles. OEM is NGK brand, and is what I use.
It is in the owners manual, and is what the 3.7 was designed to use.

If someone tries to sell you Platinum or Iridium, plugs for the 3.7, ask them if they will replace your coil-packs, O2 sensors, remove the carbon buildup, and clean your EGR, for free when they fail.

Me too. The repair costs can add up real quick when the wrong plugs are used.

Hi!
I change spark plugs in my Nitro with NGK ZFR6F-11, instead of ZFR6F-11G.
Visually dont see any difference, and dhe gap is dhe same 1.1mm.
NGK decoder tab, dont explain what is the mean of G letter.
(Maybe mean ground).
I dont see any change in the car.
Is the right spark plug?

Hello!
I send a mail to upper web page (is the greek site of Ngk company),asking where can find this spark plug in Gr,but no responde yet.
Calling to some good shops of auto parts , the answer is that main dealer of Ngk
dont bring this spark plug to Greece.
So, the only way is to buy from U.S. or Europe (easier no customs, and faster).
Thank you for your answers, and for very high level of knowledges !

don't know why but there are no NGK spark plugs for sale in France, except for lawn mowers.

Good morning, I ordered yesterday the 6 pcs pack from upper link in eBay.
The code is Ngk 3869 ZFR6F-11G, instead of Ngk 6987 ZFR6F-11G.
The four digit code difference, mean some difference in spark plugs,
or is a market code?
thanks in advance.
